Two-Year Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (868 hours)
You have been practicing Yoga for a long time, have been teaching regularly as a Yoga teacher for at least three years, and already have substantial experience with Pranayama and Kundalini Yoga? Then the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is exactly the right path for you.
In a small group of no more than ten participants, your advanced practice will be deepened and supervised.
You will learn how to document and evaluate processes.
More and more, your personal practice and your teaching will become a research journey in which you learn to clearly perceive, interpret, and understand the language of your body and energy system.
Through this inner knowledge, you will become more professional as a Yoga teacher, because through self-experience, technique, and documentation you develop a clear understanding of the inner processes and their manifestations in your students.
Through regular practice, as well as intensive and individualized instruction, you will undergo a personal development throughout the training — one that can become a key to your full unfolding.
Alongside profound knowledge of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, which will bring even greater depth to your advanced practice, you will be guided through self-awareness and self-perception toward strengthening your intuition and walking your own individual Yoga path — one that is fully aligned with your Swarupa (your true essence).
I accompany you on this journey with my own experience, for this path — which is especially close to my heart — arises from within myself.
It represents an evolution of the teachings of Swami Sivananda and is my personal response to the question of how we can cultivate self-realization and authenticity within ourselves.
This method is also the heart of my own daily practice.

Focus: cleansing and releasing; all brought processes are completed. Aim: peace and surrender.

15:00 — Intuitive Asanas with Pranayama (75 min), deep relaxation (45 min)
Focus shifts towards energy until Wednesday, then gradually back to the body.
