Yoga – Body & Mind in Harmony

One of the most profound methods for bringing body and mind into harmony was discovered by Oliver in 2008 through Yoga.
Through Yoga, he was able to correct many of his postural imbalances and, above all, develop a deeper understanding of his body.

The combination of breath, movement, and visualization opened previously unknown mental and physical potentials for him.

For Oliver, Yoga is a weaving of different yogic paths: devotion, meditation, physical practice, and energy work.

After completing his Yoga teacher training in 2012, he began teaching both private sessions and group classes.
He practices and teaches traditional elements of Yoga as well as their adaptation to the needs of modern life.
His work draws from the traditional teachings of the Integral Yoga path of Swami Sivananda, which he translates into contemporary practice.
