Sweat Intensive

Dear wonderful people! I'm delighted to have the opportunity to offer a "Sweat Intensive" weekend again this year! Some of you might be wondering what that is, or why you should go into a sweat lodge for three days in a row... The sweat lodge is a teacher, a path to yourself. Every sweat lodge offers us the chance to be reborn. For that is what the sweat lodge, in itself, represents: It symbolizes the pregnant womb of Mother Earth. Within it, we walk through a specific circle, like the Wheel of the Year. Energy is built up through four rounds. The sacred alchemy of the elements also has a profound effect on us... it is the dance of earth (on which we sit), water (which we pour onto the stones), fire (which imparts heat to the stones), and air (which carries the heat in the lodge) – in conjunction with the fifth element, ether (through our prayers). Even just one sweat lodge experience can bring about profound changes. Sometimes, however, a deeper connection is needed! We all intuitively know that good things come in threes. There's great wisdom in that... Through threefold repetition, we manifest something, bringing it to Earth! So, if you have an intention you'd like to bring to Earth, or if something deep within you wants to transform, or if you feel a calling in your heart: I'm really looking forward to this intensive time with you. Within this safe and supportive environment, there will also be opportunities for individual energy sessions, guided meditations, and yoga between the sweat lodges. We will spend these three days in nature—there will be a tipi for overnight stays.
